"Dance with who brung you" just know "that whoever got you here may not be the one(s) to get you there."

Art Medici has a diverse background as an executive leader in e-commerce, high tech, telecom and information companies. His experience spans startups, high growth small/mid cap firms and global leaders like IBM and Thomson Reuters.

A three-time CEO, he has consistently assembled top management teams, then mentored and motivated them to significant accomplishments. He has served on several commercial and Not-For-Profit boards of directors, including Internet Commerce Corp. (Nasdaq: ICCA) and Logilent Learning Systems which was merged with Toolwire.
Art advises government contractors on taking advantage of that industry’s rapid transition and consolidation trend. He spent 9 months as interim CEO of a certified 8(a) contractor in a turnaround.

At Comtech, an IT provider to numerous government agencies, Art helped build alliances to drive new business and increase revenue. He also recruited and chaired the Advisory Board.

He has helped to shepherd family businesses through generational transfer while positioning them for continuing growth.

In the e-commerce space, as CEO and COO of ICC, he assisted in completing four acquisitions and drove revenue from $80K to $90M while raising the share price significantly. Internet Commerce Corp. acquired Easy Link Services International (Nasdaq: ESIC) and then was acquired in 2012 for $230M plus debt by OpenText.

Earlier in his career, as SVP of Marketing at $12B Cable & Wireless PLC, Art was responsible for growth by building alliances with Cisco and IBM among others. His product development team created new web-based service offerings that grew revenue in the US by $160M.
