- RESULT #1: Underwrote and sold $100 million 10 year bonds for a resource base with an R/P < three years. Reinvestment risk was mitigated with a 10% coupon and warrants.
- RESULT #2: Raised $100 million of subordinated capital and successfully managed sequential $100+ million bank borrowing base redeterminations to support organic growth of a resource base into a monetization.
- RESULT #3: Recruited by a seasoned geotechnical team to acquire and exploit shallow East Texas oil reserves. Raised $4 million Friends and Family equity to organically acquire acreage and drill the proof-of-concept wells. Monetized the investment by deeding the production in satisfaction of indebtedness and retaining an override in the property to the equity interest.
