  • Transitioned a $110M PE-backed boutique professional services firm from an expensive and limited value-add PEO model to internal management of benefits and HRIS.  In the process, reduced US benefits expense by 12%, delivering savings of $700K in first year, and enhancing service levels and employee satisfaction
  • Partnered with private equity firm to conduct human capital due diligence on $500M acquisition target.  Focused on organizational model, employment contracts and compensation structure, benefits and systems across to drive post-acquisition integration.
