About Eran

Eran has diverse experience in executive management, venture capital, private equity and M&A, including turnaround, restructuring and special situations transactions. He was the Chairman of the Board and has been CEO of PowerSines Ltd, an international energy efficiency company. In this role Eran led a private equity transaction involving the purchase of a family-owned company in the power/cleantech sector. Prior, Eran worked with one of the top U.S. turnaround and restructuring firms, involved in restructuring related to large bankruptcies, including Enron Corp. and MCI/WorldCom, as well as turnarounds and restructuring. In addition, Eran served as an expert witness on valuation and restructuring issues in the U.S. Bankruptcy Court. Earlier in his career, Eran was a managing director with a Wall Street investment bank, where he was responsible for public and private financings, mergers and acquisitions and fairness opinions and was involved in the firm’s investment operation. He has also been a corporate attorney.
