Greg has over thirty years of broad international experience as a C-Suite executive and entrepreneur across multiple industries including financial services, private equity, venture capital, and consulting. Greg is an independent Director of NewtekOne (NASDAQ: NEWT) and Newtek Bank NA, as well as Katapult Holdings (NASDAQ: KPLT). At NewtekOne, he Chairs the Compensation, Nominating and Governance Committee and is a member of the Audit Committee, Newtek Bank Technology Steering Committee and Risk Committee. At Katapult, Greg serves on the Audit, Compensation and Nominating and Corporate Governance Committees.
Outside of his public company Board work, Greg’s typical advisory client has revenues of $25 million or less and is looking to improve the operations and bottom line of their business leading to a successful exit at an attractive valuation. He is an entrepreneur at heart and enjoys working with other entrepreneurs and lower middle market executives to grow their businesses and achieve their dreams.
