About Kevin

Kevin is an experienced CEO, CFO, COO & Board Member. He has a long and consistent track record of building company values, skillfully orchestrating business turn arounds and transformations and ultimately monetizing at high valuations. Kevin has a strong business strategy, operations, technology, M&A, finance and team-building background.

Kevin served as CEO of Loyale Healthcare a client of Newport LLC where he exponentially increased the value of the firms Fintech business while building a blockbuster enterprise technology software business that attracted the largest Health Care Networks in the United States as clients.  Kevin’s efforts greatly increased enterprise value and he recently led a very successful sale of the company to a strategic acquirer and then managed the post-merger integration process to maximize Buyer value as well.

Previously, Kevin served as President of Paradigm Outcomes, a full risk bearing national leader in healthcare provider services focused on catastrophic injuries and chronic pain cases.  Kevin instituted strategic and tactical changes that resulted in dramatic improvement in clinical and financial results, Free Cash Flow and enterprise value, which was monetized via a transaction with a private equity firm.

Kevin was also a Managing Director of a large and successful business unit for EDS, a Fortune 100 global IT and Business Processes Outsourcer. Clients included some of the largest Financial Services companies in the world.

Previously, he was as a Senior Partner at Ernst & Young specializing in healthcare, technology and financial services with some of the firms most prestigious clients on a variety of technology, performance improvement, transformation, M&A and Post Merger Integration projects.

  • Increased the Annualized Revenue Run Rate for a Healthcare SaaS company by 50% while improving Free Cash Flow by over 300%. Managed a successful exit process where Enterprise Value was increased by 10X.
  • Increased top line revenue and EBITDA by over 100% for a Healthcare Provider leading to a successful exit process where Enterprise Value increased by 6X.
  • Successfully managed a global buy side diligence program and the post-merger integration of two of the top 10 U.S. Banks resulting in one of the most successful financial services companies in the industry today.
