About Kevin

Having more than 30 plus years of management experience, much of that time in executive Human Resource roles, he has proven success developing and implementing strategies and processes to improve leadership bench strength, organizational effectiveness, and business performance. His focus today is on designing, leading, and executing comprehensive initiatives to help clients achieve their missions with outstanding employee commitment.

Kevin heads up Newport’s Mid-Atlantic Human Capital Practice. In addition to the private sector, he has consulted for government, manufacturing, associations, and non-profit organizations.
