She has 30 years of increasing responsibility in Operations, Sales, and Corporate Functions culminating in General Management with a multi-billion dollar international company, Air Liquide USA LLC, in roles as President and Chief Administrative Officer. In these positions she focused on Strategy, Risk Management, Governance and Succession Planning.
Kim has driven organic growth, successful acquisitions and achieved millions in savings through cost-cutting, divestitures, integrations and efficiency projects.
