About Randy

Randy brings extensive CFO and business experience, with an enthusiasm for practical results, to help entrepreneurial companies reach their goals and become more successful. He works with clients to establish financial best practices that provide good controls and the information business leaders need to run their companies. In addition, his clients count on his deep understanding of the market place and finance to help set their financial and business strategies. His career spans over 30 years including working in such industries as Commercial Construction, Real Estate Development/Investment, Life Sciences, Manufacturing and international exposure in China and Europe. He has extensive experience helping companies prepare for a sale/liquidation event, find capital, and grow through Mergers and acquisitions. This work has led to numerous Board assignments with his clients.

Prior to becoming an advisor, Randy held CFO and C level positions at several high-profile companies such as Beers Skanska, In Zone Brands and the Winter Group of Companies. He started his career in public accounting working at E&Y in Toronto and Windham Brannon in Atlanta. Randy has a BA in Accounting from Florida State University and earned his CPA while in public accounting.
