Heather Bennett has joined Newport as a Midwest partner based out of Chicago. Her corporate experience includes managing the P&L for multiple $100MM brands, bioscience R&D, revenue growth, and new product development at Kraft Heinz, Instant Brands and Unilever. Heather’s 20 years of executive coaching and consulting includes advising CEOs, executives, and entrepreneurs on brand marketing, revenue growth, market share, industry analysis, return on investment, employee and board development, key thought leadership and digital content strategy for integrated marketing plans.
Additionally, Heather serves on two non-profit Boards of Directors with executive committee and Board leadership experience as the Co-Chair of the Foundation for Hearing and Speech Resources (a Non-profit that helps deaf/hard of hearing children.) Heather has an MBA from University of Illinois and Board Governance Certifications from both Corporate Directors International and the Private Directors Association.
Heather authored a bestselling book, Fun and Fulfilling Careers One Question at a Time, based on her subject matter expertise in personal branding. She has shared her knowledge of careers, leadership development, employee engagement, and integrated social media marketing through blogs, webinars, retreats, podcasts and conferences.
