John brings over 20 years of international investment banking expertise in M&A, capital raising and related areas of corporate finance for private and public clients. He has worked with clients ranging from pre-revenue start-ups to $1bn+ transactions. Having advised clients spanning a number of countries and industries, he has honed the ability to identify and solve the key challenges facing a client when undertaking transactions.
